Warranty policy

Dear Purchaser, thank you for purchasing goods in our company. We advise you to read warranty card and operating instructions carefully, as conditions indicated should be strictly followed.

In order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, we advise you read the operating instructions carefully before contacting service. This warranty is issued for the period mentioned on the warranty card. This warranty is issued if the product (its part or parts) is found to be defective with regards to its imperfect design, insufficient qualification of manufacture or materials with a seal available considering the following conditions:

1.  The product must be used in normal conditions in accordance with Instruction Manual requirements.

2.  This warranty does not apply to products in case the defect has appeared due to fire, accidents, inappropriate maintenance, careless use, inappropriate adjustment or non-quality repair and also due to damage caused during assembly, modification or misuse or during transportation of the goods to or from the purchaser.

3.  Every licensed software installed by manufacturer should be registered within a month since the date of purchasing. There will be no obligations or liability on the part of seller if the right for installed software was lost due to above mentioned procedure fail. In other cases the Buyer has ta apply to the direct developer of software products specifying the number of license agreement.

Warranty does not apply:

a)  If the products infected by viruses and to installation of additional software products not included in specification.

b)  This warranty does not cover repair of software damaged by viruses or arising from the improper use of the product (deleted, formatted or loss of data)

4.  If within the warranty period any part or parts are replaced with a part or parts neither delivered nor recommended for use by us or if their specifications are not observed and not in accordance with the requirements and also in case if the product is opened and repaired by unauthorized person, we reserve the right to break off fully or partially the guarantee without extra notification.

5.  This warranty gives the purchaser the only and exclusive right before us to repair the product, is part or parts, and no other rights including obligations of the Buyer in easer of casual or inevitable damages.

6.  This warranty doesn’t apply to supplies and options used with the products, including cartridges, paper and other print materials, etc.

7.  Our solution of the problems related to the complaints is final. The defective parts which wre replaced are our property.

8.  Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by voltage swing.
